First Double Ton For Bell

Coventry born Ian Bell made his first double century for England when he was finally out for 235 on the third day of the Fourth Test at The Oval.

Bell resumed on 181 and took his innings to 235 before he was trapped lbw by Raina after spending 487 minutes at the crease, facing 364 balls and hitting 23 fours and two sixes.

England finally declared in the 153rd over with the score on 591-6.

India in reply, were 103-5 with Graeme Swann taking three wickets
