Warwickshire County Cricket Club drew their County Championship match with Lancashire at Aigburth, Liverpool.
Warwicks finished off Lancs for 380 and setting them a target for 290 from 75 overs.
Tim Ambrose made 66 but Warwicks ended the day on 217-8 and the match was drawn.
