Warwickshire's Second XI drew their game with Yorkshire at Coventry & North Warwickshire's Binley Road ground.
Warwicks resumed on 83-6 and thanks to the persistence of Stefan Piolet, Warwicks ended their innings on 198, only 11 behind Yorkshire`s first innings.
Yorks started their second innings after lunch with 59 overs left and with a 61 from Dan Hodgson, they were able to declare on 173-5, meaning that Warwicks had 24 overs to get 185 runs.
Paul Best made a rapid 48 before three more wickets fell and with four overs left, the skippers shook hands and the game was declared a draw.
