Warwickshire County Cricket Club had to settle for a draw in their County Championship game with Lancashire at Edgbaston.
The visitors resumed on 122-3 and batted all day with Paul Horton making an unbeaten 137.
Chris Wright picked up his second wicket of the innings when he had Croft caught and Darren Maddy had Proctor trapped lbw but with Cross making an unbeaten 75, Lancs ended the day on 343-5 and the match was drawn.
