Warwicks batted first at the Lady Bay Sports Ground in Nottingham after winning the toss.
Ian Westwood made 52 from 54 balls whilst Laurie Evans hit 82 as Warwicks made 223-8 from their forty overs.
Akhil Patel hit 92 for the home side and an unbeaten 73 from Chris Benham helped Notts to win by six wickets with five balls to spare.
