Coventry & District Cricket League`s Fred Gardner Memorial Trophy
Bablake Old Boys retained the Fred Gardner Memorial Trophy with a 6 wicket victory over Bedworth at the Miners Welfare Park earlier today.
Bedworth batted first and scored 105 ao in their 20 overs, Bablake Old Boys started their reply confidently thanks to Josh De Souza (33) and Amar (27).
Hhowever,due to Bedworth`s tight bowling,it took Bablake until the first ball of the last over to cross the winning line at 109-4 wkts.
The Cup was presented to the Bablake Old Boys Captain by Mrs Susan
Hutchinson,Fred Gardner`s Daughter.
