The League recently held its Annual General Meeting, which resulted in the following major changes.
We are pleased to announce the following.
President: Derrick Richardson stood down after many years of loyal service. Derrick will remain as a Life Vice President of the League. To replace Derrick, we are delighted to introduce David Kiernan (Mike`s son) to this role. David, when approached, was very keen to accept this position, and we are all looking forward to working with David
Chairman: Colin Bennett, Colin has been another loyal servant for so many years now, starting as a player in our League, when we were a Saturday competition, through to being a Management Committee member, League Vice President, replacing Dennis Docking as League Secretary, now accepting the position of Chairman.
Secretary: Ian Pugh, compared to the previously mentioned people, Ian is a comparitively newcomer to our League. However, in his shortish time he has already shown his enthusiasm for his new role.
