At Coventry & North Warwickshire's Binley Road ground, the visitors lost their second wicket when Roy was caught by Hain after making 58.
Sibley added 43, Jewell 25, McManus 43, Porter 25 and van den Bergh 37 whilst at the other end, Griffiths hit 67 from 76 balls including one six.
Griffiths, who was caught by Poysden was the last man out seeing the visitors all out for 320, a lead of seven.
In their second innings, Warwicks closed on 80-1 with Umeed fifty not out.
