Mark Cavendish said that he was so happy to have taken victory on the final stage of the eleventh Amgen Tour Of California.
Cavendish, who has now won ten stage of the Tour Of California, said: "The break went really well today.
"Tinkoff started kicking and it was hard to get them back so we had to catch the break and committed and I knew Sagan would be the best wheel to go on and I am happy to have got it.
"it is nice to win a stage but it is not important. It is more important to promote Qubeka and we have been prominant all week."
