Edvald Boasson-Hagen of Dimension Data has taken over lead of the Tour Of Qatar after victory in the Individual Time Trial.
Stage three with Mark Cavendish still in the leader's Golden Jersey, was a 11.4km individual time trial around the Lusail circuit.
Karl Menzies of UnitedHeathCare was the first rider down the ramp and first home to set a time to beat of 15:24:03 and beaten it soon was with Jesse Sergent finishing in 14:24:59.
Astana's Lieuwe Westra took over in the hot seat with a time of 14.09.27, before Jos Van Emden of LottoNL-Jumbo finished in 13.51.20.
In came Dimension Data's Edvald Boasson-Hagen in a time of 13.26 and with Alexander Kristoff and Mark Cavendish both finishing after fourteen minutes, Boasson-Hagen won the stage and took over as the race leader.
