BMC Win Eneco Tour Team Time Trial

BMC have won the Eneco Tour Team Time Trial and have Rohan Dennis back in the leader's jersey.

Dimension Data were the first home on this 20.9km stage which started and finished in Sittard-Geleen and went in and out of Germany from Belgium.

They recorded a time of 24:47 but that was soon beaten by a number of teams including Lampre who posted a time of 24.32 and Trek Segafredo who then came home in 24.23.

Orica BikeExchange went into the lead with the time taken on their fourth man with a time of 24.22.

Team Sky also had four riders and clocked a time of 23.49 to take over the lead before Lotto Soudal finished in 23.40.

That lead lasted until IAM Cycling came home in 23.37 and Etixx Quick Step finishing in 23.17, some twenty seconds quicker.

BMC with Rohan Dennis looking to get back into the race leader's jersey, set the new fastest time with a time of 23.11.07.

Tinkoff with the race leader Peter Sagan were the last to start and they finished in 23.45 which gave BMC the stage win and put Rohan Dennis back in the leader's jersey ahead of his team mate Taylor Phinney.
