Bell And Trott In England First Ashes Test Win

Warwickshire's Ian Bell and Jon Trott played for England in their fourteen run victory over Australia in the first Ashes Test at Trent Bridge.

Australia needed 311 to win and had survived the morning session despite losing three wickets.

After Lunch and with the Aussies needing twenty to win, England took the win when Jimmy Anderson, who took five wickets in the second innings, had Haddin who had made 71, caught behind by Prior to give England the win.

The second test starts on Thursday.
