Northants batted first and had David Wiley hit a superb 167 from 101 balls including 12 fours and ten sixes.
The visitors had Sales make 31, Duckett 30 and Rob Keogh 61 as they completed their forty overs posting a massive 324-6.
That was always too much for Warwicks lost Varun Chopra for eleven in the fifth over.
