Sir Bradley Wiggins is a doubt for the 2013 Tour De France which starts in Corsica at the end of June.

Wiggins, the 2012 winner, has a knee injury sustained during the Giro D'Italia which saw him forced to withdraw along with a chest infection after stage twelve.

Team Sky Boss David Brailsford told The Guardian; "With these setbacks I can confirm that Brad cannot currently train properly and we are monitoring this situation carefully,"

Team Sky have also confirmed no nine man squad for the Tour De France, which Chris Froome is expected to be the lead rider, or the Tour de Suisse which starts on June 8th have been announced.
