On Friday June 10th 2011 a highly trained group of intrepid Whitefriars employees will scale the 3560ft Mount Snowdon before cycling back to Coventry. The proceeds from these events will be split between Zoes Place Baby Hospice and the Grace Research Fund (a neonatal research charity).

The itinery is as follows:
Friday: the group will climb Mount Snowdon, using the Ranger path.

Saturday: Begin the bike ride back to Coventry. The route will follow Beddgelert, Festingiog, Trawsfynydd, Llanuwchlly, Lake Vyrnwy and arriving at Welshpool where an overnight stop has been planned.

Sunday: From Welshpool follow a route through Minsterley, Leebolwood, Cardington, Dilton Priors Stotterdom and through the Wyre Forest. The group will stop overnight near Kidderminster or Bromsgrove.

Monday: Travel through Hockley Heath, Balsall Common and reach Coventry by lunch time.

We will be holding a presentation evening at the begining of July to celebrate their acheivement and handover the cheques. We are looking for raffle and auction prizes.
