Coventry Blaze coach Chuck Weber has said that he spoke to his players about scoring gritty goals before their penalty shots win over Sheffield Steelers after a 4-4 draw.
Weber told the Blaze website: "I loved our 5-on-5 game tonight for the most part.
"I thought once we got puck's deep we created alot of scramble situations.
"We scored three goals just by getting pucks around the paint and we talked about getting those gritty goals."
