Warwickshire County Cricket Club won by seven wickets under the Duckworth/Lewis method at Glamorgan in a Royal London Cup tie.
Glamorgan batted first at Swansea but rain reduced the match to a 49 overs per side and then 39 overs.
Jacques Rudolph and Murray Goodwin both hit half centuries as Glamorgan made 225-7.
