Warwickshire County Cricket Club are through to the Royal London Cup Semi-Finals after a 67 run win at Essex.

Warwicks made 271-7 in their fifty overs with Jon Trott hitting 61 runs and Rikki Clarke 68 with 36 from Varun Chopra

Oliver Hannon-Dalby took 4-44 against an Essex side which showed some fight with Ryder making ninety but when he went, Hannon Dalby mopped up the tail and Essex were all out for 204.

Warwicks will find out their Semi-Final opponents tomorrow night.

Varun Chopra told Sky Sports. "We are not doing this the easy but we are playing really well. Credit to the lads. We have some good players in our team and they keep delivering."

Rikki Clarke was the Man Of The Match and said "I found it difficult and it was a case of assessing the score and getting on with it. We have strength and depth and we are having a lot of fun.".
