Warwicks Second Eleven drew their match with Lancashire at Coventry & North Warwickshire Cricket Club.
At Binley Road, Lancs resumed on 44-0 and had Livingstone made 61 before they declared again on 198-7.
That left Warwicks 312 to win but they had made 144-2 with Will Porterfield hitting an unbeaten sixty and Webb 39 at tea.
In the final session, Warwicks moved on to 311-8, needing one run to win. However, Thomason was run on the last ball and the game ended in a draw.
