Warwickshire's second eleven bowled out a Kent & Northamptonshire eleven on the opening day of their three day game at Canterbury.
The home side had Cowdrey hit 69 and White 90 with Josh Poysden taking 4-15 and Ben Brookes 3-42 to see them all out for 252.
Warwicks were 23-0 at the close.
