Warwickshire Second Eleven beat Yorkshire at Harrogate by four wickets.
Yorkshire batted first on Tuesday and were all out for 230 before they bowled Warwicks all out for 85.
Yorkshire batted again and declared on 190-9 setting Warwicks a target of 336 to win in five session.
Warwicks had Freddie Coleman make 118 and Jonathan Webb 92 as they reached the target with four wickets to spare.
