Warwickshire County Cricket Club batted their way to a draw against Lancashire at Old Trafford.
Lancs resumed on 170-5 and had Hameed made 103 and Livingstone an unbeaten 106 before they declared on 266-8 setting Warwicks 312 to win.
Umeed went for seventeen but Varun Chopra hit 48 with Ian Bell hitting an unbeaten 55 and Jon Trott fifty not out as Warwicks ended the day on 195-2 from 72 overs.
