The coach of Warwick Boat Tennis Club has qualified for Wimbledon.
Willis, who almost quit playing and was going to America to coach until he spoke to his girlfriend Jennifer, got through six rounds of qualifying to reach the Wimbledon Tournament which starts on Monday.
The 25 year old, who is ranked 775th in the world, beat Russian Daniil Medvedev 3-6, 7-5, 6-3, 6-4 in his final game to book his place in the grass Grand Slam tournament.
