Warwickshire County Cricket Club bowled out Surrey for 273 on the opening dy of their county championship game at Woodbridge Road, Guildford.
Surrey had Aaron Finch make 110 before he become one of Jeetan Patal's five victims in the match.
That also included the wicket of Rory Burns who had the second top score of 45 as Surrey were all out for 273 in 74.
Warwicks were 12-0 at the close.
