Omega Pharma-QuickStep's Kristoff Vandewalle won the Three Days of West Flanders in Belgium.

Vandewalle had kept his jersey since the opening prologue on Friday and on the final 181.8km stage from Nieuwpoort to Ichtegem.

There were plenty of narrow, technical roads to navigate but it went down to a sprint which Gerald Ciolek, riding for African Pro Continental team  MTN-Qhubeka won ahead of Cofidis' Adrien Petit and Champion System's Bobbie Traksel.
