Danny Van Poppel of Trek Factory Racing has won the opening stage of the 74th Skoda Tour De Luxembourg.
The Dutch rider finished the 2.55km prologue in Luxembourg-Viille in 3.58, beating the time of Wanty Group's Jean Pierre Drucker by four seconds.
Third was Leopard Development Team's Alex Kirsh who was five seconds down with Cofidis riders Cyril Lemoine fourth and Adrien Petit fifth.
