Andy Umeed hit a century for Warwickshire County Cricket Club on his debut.
Umeed was given a start in the County Championship game against Durham at Edgbaston and worked with Varun Chopra to put on 120 for the first wicket, which came when Chopra was trapped lbw by Weighell after making 71.
Umeed, worked with Ian Bell who went for 38, Jon Trott for 1, Sam Hain for four, to complete his century off 201 balls, hitting eleven fours before he was caught by McCarthy and out for 101.
Tim Ambrose went for six, Woakes for four, Barker for 10 as Warwicks ended the day on 273-8.
