The Tuft Takes The Eneco Time Trial

Svein Tuft won the Eneco Time Trial and put himself in the leader's jersey for the final stage of the race tomorrow.

The Canadian who rides for Orica-GreenEdge, completed the 17.4km course in Ardooie, in a time of 20:25, 

Tuft won by five seconds from Taylor Phinney and six seconds from Rabobank's Lars Boom, whilst Albert Contador could only finish a further sixteen seconds back.

Tom Boonen lost his jersey after coming in a minute and one second down.
