Storm Well Beaten In Birmingham

Coventry Storm were well beaten 53-35 at National League leaders Birmingham tonight.

The Storm had Elliott Perks guesting and he won in a 3-3 in the opening heat.

The second heat was a 5-1 to Birmingham witj the next two heat's ending in 3-3's.

Birmingham took a 4-2 and after a 3-3, they recorded a 5-1, a 4-2 and a 5-0 in a re-run heat which saw TerryDaley excluded and Davey suffer a mechanical.

The Storm continued not to win a heat suffering a 5-1 loss and two 3-3's. However, in the final heat which was twice re-run, Davey beat Perry with Carr and Hume excluded, the Storm took a 3-2 heat win which was not enough to prevent a defeat.
