Storm Lose At Stoke By A Point

Coventry Storm Speedway team were beaten 45-44 at Stoke tonight.

After the meeting at Buxton this afternoon, The Storm went to Stoke and both sides took a 5-1 heat win in the opening two heats.

The Potters took two 4-2's in between three 3-3's before Dan Greenwood who was the rider replacing Nielsen won to give the Storm a 5-1 win and level the scores at twenty four all.

Stoke took a 5-1 and after a 3-3, the Storm took an awarded 3-2.

Sarjeant won in heat thirteen to see the Storm leading by a point but a 4-2 to Stoke in the next heat and then a 3-3 sent the Storm to defeat by a point.
