Rain halted play on the third day of Warwickshire County Cricket Club's County Championship game with Nottinghamshire at Edgbaston.
Warwicks continuing on 283-8, added another twenty eight runs before the innings ended with the wickets of Mark Adair, who had made 32 and Boyd Rankin who had made two.
Notts went into bat for the second time and were 81-2 with Keith Barker and Jeetan Patal having took a wicket before the rain came down and play was abandoned for the day.
