Liquigas' Moreno Moser won the sixth stage of the 69th UCI Skandia Tour Of Poland.

A 191.8km stage from Bukovina Terma Hotel Spa to Bukowina Tatrzanska, split into five laps of 38.4kms with one hill with a gradient of 22%

Team Sky lead by Ben Swift were on the front of the peloton which was without Boonen and Horshovd, some two minutes behind a five man break that included British Champion Ian Stannard, going into the final lap.

Slagter dropped out of the front group and was swallowed up by the peloton who were less than a minute behind, heading towards the final 20kms.

The escapers were caught and Sergio Henao took over at the front and was first over the final climb of the day.

A Lampre rider attacked with 7kms to go but Ian Stannard went with him. The British Champion from Colchester took the lead and went for the victory ahead of Greg Van Avermaet and Lemavel. who started to close in with 3kms to go.

The climb now went up to 11.5% and Stannard was caught. Henao resumed his lead with 2kms to go.

It looked like Henao would be caught but he suddenly sped off and kept going. However, he was caught on the line by Moreno Moser who took the victory and the yellow jersey going into tomorrow's final stage of 131.4kms around Kraków
