Kittel Wins Tour Of Poland Opener

Marcel Kittel of Giant Alpecin has taken victory on the opening stage of the Tour Of Poland. 
 
An opening stage saw ten 12.2km laps of the capital Warsaw as it's 2015 race start. 
 
Kurek, Bernas and Mohoria got into a break that was clear by three minutes.
 
Going into the final twenty kilometres and Kurek and Mohoria has shelled Bernas and were only ten seconds ahead.
 
They were caught with seventeen kilometres remaining and Patrick Gretsch and Vergard Breen launched a new break ahead of the peloton with Movistar's Alex Dowsett taking some big turns on the front.
 
The work from the British Time Trial Champion saw Gretsch and Breen caught just after they had taken the bell.
 
Movistar and Orica GreenEdge took some big turns on the front before a LottoNL rider made a break only to be pulled back in and for a bunch sprint to ensue.
 
Up came Marcel Kittel and he took the win ahead of Caleb Ewen and Dennis Van Winden.
