Ateeq Javid was 94 not out for Warwickshire Second Eleven in their three day game against Surrey at Guildford.
Surrey batted first and were all out for 239 with Kapil making 54 and Tom Milnes recording figures of 5-46 from 12.5overs.
When Warwicks batted, they lost Umeed for one and Webb for 33 but Ateeq Javid was in good form hitting an unbeaten 94 and Thomason on 65 not out as Warwicks ended the day on 210-2.
