Coventry Storm Speedway team have re-signed Dan Greenwood for another season.
The 21 year old will be the Storm's heat leader in 2015 after finishing the season with a 7.27 average.
Storm manager Laurence Rogers said: “Dan ended last season on a big high with paid-14 at Leicester, getting his points from behind, and now it’s a step up for him next year where I really think he’ll be challenging for the No.1 position.
“He can then aim to get himself a Premier League spot and Elite Draft bookings. He might find it harder with having regular Heat 13s and 15s, but if you look at his scores with bonuses last season his average was nigh-on nine anyway.
“He needs to start the season like he ends it, and we’ll be getting him out training and doing amateur meetings over the winter.”
