Coventry Bees will have Jason Garrity riding for them next season.
Garrity will continue to race at PL level for Sheffield although Coventry retain priority on his fixtures.
Promoter Mick Horton said to the Bees website: “Jason was a must for the club. He’s an entertainer and very popular with our fans, and as club owner my priority was to keep him.
“Given the chance, I don’t think there’s a club in the Elite League who wouldn’t love to have Jason in their colours, and that’s testament to his ability. He has a very good career ahead of him.
“Jason wanted to be at the club, which is really important to me and the fans, and next season is going to be a big year for him. I expect him to progress very nicely.”
