In a press statement, the European Cycling Union have announced that Rostil will be making the winners jerseys.
The statement reads:
"After having introduced a new logo last September, the European Cycling Union continues with its modernization process and looks at the future with the new European Champion jersey that will be awarded to the winners of the continental races from this season on.
In partnership with the UEC, as its official provider, the Italian company “ROSTI” will manufacture the European Champion jerseys that will be worn by the winners of the over fifty championships in different disciplines and categories.
“This year – the European Cycling Union President, David Lappartient, says – the European Champion jersey becomes even more important as, according to the last changes of the International Cycling Union regulations, the continental championship winners will have to wear their jersey in all races. It is a further step – he continues – we are particularly proud to take with Giovanni and Maurizio Alborghetti which I thank for having supported our project"
