Warwickshire Second Eleven drew their four day game with Gloucestershire at Cheltenham.
Warwicks resumed on 197-3 and had Freddie Coleman make 165 from 236 balls with 99 for Lamb and 56 for Mellor and 59 extras, as they declared on 490-8 some eleven runs behind.
The captains then shook hands and the match was declared a draw.
