Lotto Belisol's Kenny Dehaes was the winner of the 198.4km Halle-Ingooigem on Wednesday.
The race held in the West Flanders region of Belgium since 2005, saw a twelve rider attack get five minutes clear.
This was reduced to four and then two inside the final twelve kilometre circuit and set up a sprint which Kenny Dehaes (Lotto-Belisol) won in 4.25.52 ahead of Luka Mezgec (Argos-Shimano) and Nacer Bouhanni (FDJ).
Britain's Andrew Fenn was 76th, some 38 seconds down on Dehaes.
