Coventry Storm travel to Eastbourne today for their penultimate National League away fixture of the season (3.30pm).

Both Conor Dwyer (ribs) and Jamie Halder (foot) have been ruled out of the match after crashes at Brandon on Friday, and Dwyer looks set to face at least six weeks on the sidelines - whilst No.8 Callum Walker is unavailable due to a grasstrack meeting.

Storm boss Laurence Rogers said: “Eastbourne aren’t as strong as they were, but we’re still going to need everyone firing on all cylinders to get something out of this.

“A lot of it could well come down to the reserves, and that’s going to make it very hard for us especially being without Conor.

“But I was very pleased with Jamie scoring five (paid six) on his home debut on Friday. We have two good 16-year-olds with both him and Callum (Walker) coming on, and Jamie was on the pace and very much earned his points so he’s another one for the future.”
