Coventry Storm speedway team beat Cradley 48-44 at Brandon today.

Cradley won the first heat with an awarded 4-2 before Dwyer beat Govler in the second heat.

Two 3-3's were followed by Richings and Baseby winning in a 5-1 and after a 3-3, The Storm took a 4-2 to lead 24-17 after seven heats.

Shuttleworth and Dwyer won in a 5-1 so Williamson took a tactical ride and won in a 6-3.

A twice re-run 3-3, was followed by a 4-2 for the Storm and a 3-3 in heat twelve before Cradley had two 5-1's either side of a 4-2 for Coventry to reduce the Stom's margin of victory to four points.
