Coventry Blaze Finish With A Win

Coventry Blaze finished their 2015/16 Elite League campaign with a 6-2 win over Manchester Storm.

At the Sky Dome, Carl Lauzon fired the Blaze ahead after only 21 seconds, assisted by Brett Robinson and Chris Bruton.

Thirty two seconds in the second period and on the powerplay, the Blaze had a second goal thanks to Brett Robinson who scored, assisted by Chris Bruton and Carl Lauzon.

Robinson hit a third on 26.33, assisted by Michael Quesnele and Chris Bruton with Jordan Pietrus making it 4-0 on 33.55, assisted by Drew Fisher.

Vinny Scarsella pulled a goal back on 36.20 but before the end of the period, the Blaze had a fifth goal when Cale Tanaka scored, assisted by Russ Cowley and James Jorgensen.

In the third period, Russ Cowley scored goal number six, assisted by Cale Tanaka and Ashley Tait on 42.44 and Patrik Valcak scored a second for Manchester on 55.38 as the Blaze finished with a 6-2 win.
