Coventry Blaze Draw With The Storm

Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team drew 3-3 with Manchester Storm at the Sky Dome tonight in their final pre-season game.

The Blaze went ahead on 12.46 through Bjorn Bombis and after the players had to skate round to help clear the mist, on 27.19, Robin Bergman scored a second goal with Coventry shorthanded.

Paul Phillips pulled a goal back on 32.20 and less than a minute later, Mark Heatley equalised.

On 42.37, Jack Prince fired Manchester into the lead for the first time in the match, only for Matt Marquardt to equalise at 45.56 and earn a 3-3 draw.
