Coventry Blaze Come Back To Beat The Panthers

Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team came from 5-2 down to beat   Nottingham Panthers 6-5 tonight at the Sky Dome.

In a pre-season fixture, the Blaze took the lead on 12.40 through Matt Marquardt.

However on 18.58, Andy Sertich levelled for The Panthers before Farmer scored a second for the visitors 1.12 into the second period.

Farmer made it 3-1 on 41.17 and Geoff Waugh hit a fourth on 41.48 with Bjorn Bombis scoring a second for the Blaze on 42.44.

Farmer completed his hat-trick on 42.52 with Jordan Pietrus netting a third on 44.44.

Matt Marquardt scored a fourth on 51.09 and the Blaze were level through Robin Bergman on 51.53 before taking the win through Bjorn Bombis on 54.02.
