Coventry Blaze Beat Hull In Over-Time

Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team came from behind to force over-time and then won on penalties to book their place in the play-offs

The Blaze trailed at the Sky Dome in front of a crowd of 2204 to a Carl Lauzon goal on 27.29 and then one from Corey Tanaka on 36.35.

However, in the third period, Ryan O'Marra netted on 43.38, assisted by Jorgensen and Sindel and on 56.53, O'Marra scored again, assisted by Tait and Cescon.

That sent the game into over-time then penalties and Ben Arnt stroked home the winning penalty shot to give the Blaze the two points and a play-off place.
