Coventry Bees Beaten At Kings Lynn

Coventry Bees Speedway Team were beaten 49-41  at Kings Lynn Aces.

The second meeting in a busy week saw the Bees travel to the Adrian Flux Arena to take on Kings Lynn.

The Bees with Connor Mountain guesting for James Sarjeant, went down to a 5-1 loss in the opening heat.

Jason Garrity rode to take a 3-3 in the second and the next two heats were 3-3's but in heat five, Kings Lynn took a 5-1 win and then had a 4-2 win.

The Bees were 23-13 down so Joonas Kylmakorpi took the tactical ride in heat seven. Unfortunately, he could only finish last due to his bike packing up and Kings Lynn took another 4-2 to move further ahead.

Jason Garrity won in a 4-2 and Kylmakorpi won in a 3-3 before Hans Andersen held off Rory Schlein in a 4-2.

Heat eleven was re-run after Iversen took down Chris Harris and Danny King.but all four were back for a 4-2 to the home side.

Garrity won heat twelve which was a 3-3 but the Bees were still ten points down.

Chris Harris won in heat twelve to bring the Bees to eight points behind.

However, in the penultimate heat, Rory Schlein won in a 3-3 and with Iversen winning in a 3-3 in the final heat, the Bees were beaten 49-41.
