Coventry Bees Beat Poole By A Point

Coventry Bees beat Poole Pirates 47-46 tonight at Brandon.

The Bees again had rider replacement for Kacper Wornya and lost the first two heats 5-1.

After a 3-3, Poole took another 5-1 to see the Bees 18-6 down.

A re-run heat five saw Jason Garrity and James Sarjeant ride to a 5-1 before Sarjeant fell in the next heat which finished in a 4-2 to Poole.

Chris Harris then took a tactical ride and won to record an 8-1 heat win before Poole took a 5-1 and then a 3-3.

Chris Harris and Danny King won in a 5-1 in heat ten and Kasprzak won in a 4-2 followed by Sarjeant doing the same in the next heat to put the Bees ahead by a point.

Poole took a 4-2 in heat thirteen but a 5-1 win for Danny King had the Bees back in front and in the final heat, Poole took a 4-2 but the Bees won the meeting by a point.
