Coventry Bears Lose At Hunslet

Coventry Bears Rugby League team were beaten 38-18 at Hunslet Hawks this afternoon.

Cov took the lead with a try from Alex Beddows which was converted by Joel James.

Hunslet then scored five tries before Batchelor scored for Cov with James converting to see Cov 12-30 down at half-time.

Hunslet, playing in their South Leeds Stadium, scored their first try of the second half and although Matt Reid went over on the left, with James converting, a penatly sent the Bears, who are at home to Newcastle next weekend, to a 38-18 defeat.
