Coventry Rugby Club left it late to beat Esher 33-31 at the Butt's Park Arena.
Coventry took the lead with a 17th minutes Lespierre try which was converted by Hodgson who kicked a penalty.
Richards ran in a 36th minute try to see Cov 10-5 up at half time in front of a crowd of 1354.
That lead was extended when Turner went over in the 45th minute, converted by Hodgson who missed when Lespierre scored with a 49th minute try.
Esher hit back with a try on the hour mark from Shaw, converted by Chisholm, followed by tries from Collins and Wilson.
Jones kicked a 74th minute penalty for Cov, but four minutes later, Sutherland ran in a try which Chisholm converted.
Cov were behind by a point but they were awarded a last minute penalty and Jones kicked over to give Cov the win.
