Coventry Rugby Club completed their season with a 50-45 victory at Rosslyn Park.

Cov were ahead in the third minute thanks to a Jones penalty. However, the London based side came back with a try from Kiba Richards which  Scott Sneddon converted.

Dan Rundle had Cov back in front in the 13th minute with a try which Jones converted and seven minutes later, Scott Hamilton went over for a third try which Jones converted.

Danny Wright scored another try for Cov in the 26th minute with Jones again converting before kicking a penalty.

Rob Knox ran in a try and although Ellis scored for Rosslyn Park, a Jones penalty had Cov 37-12 up at half-time

Richards, McFarlane and Shires ran in tries two of which were converted and after a Jones penalty, tries for Treadwell and Sneddon which were both converted saw Cov now down by five points with six minutes left.

Cov may have been down but they were not out and a Will Hurrell try which Jones converted had Cov back in front and when Jones kicked a penalty in the dying seconds, Cov had taken a deserved victory.
